Purchasing

Mountain Line has transitioned to a new online bidding system, Bonfire, a Euna Solutions brand, for the procurement of goods and services. As a federally funded organization, Mountain Line does not accept direct solicitations. All current and prospective vendors interested in contracting with Mountain Line on open or future solicitations must register in the Bonfire system.

Registration is free and can be completed by visiting: https://mountainline-az-gov.bonfirehub.com/. Once registered, vendors will receive email notifications when bid opportunities related to their selected commodities are issued. Vendors will also be able to log into the system to view and respond to active solicitations. We encourage vendors to check the Mountain Line Purchasing page as well as the Bonfire portal regularly for new solicitation postings and updates to open solicitations.
